Highly recommend M3 Construction. We had some water damage to our balcony area that ended up being much worse than we thought. M3 Construction helped us through the insurance claim process and even supplied photos they took turning demolition. Even though the project ended up going off schedule due to mold remediation, Josh ensured that the M3 crew was available to finish their job as soon as the mold was gone. In the end, we were thrilled with both the necessary repairs and impressive aesthetic upgrades. The quality of the work is exceptional!

I met with the owner and he was very nice and helpful with replacing a deck and stairs in our backyard. His estimate came quickly to us and was priced well for the work that needed to be done. When he started work he ran into the issue of an old concrete pad under the old deck. He let us know immediately of this issue. This obstacle however did not affect the competition date I was given by him. He completed his work and left the yard in great shape. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to do some hardscape work.

M3 Construction did an amazing job on my landscaping and backyard renovation! From the start, they were incredibly responsive, collaborative and respectful - working within my budget to help me create plans for my dream backyard. They moved quickly, while still delivering quality work - removing old concrete and brush, and completely overhauling my yard by regrading my lawn, planting new trees and bushes, and installing an all-new paver patio and a wooden gazebo! I can't recommend M3 Construction enough to anyone who wants an easy-to-work-with company that delivers high-quality work.

It isn't often you gain a friendship from a contractor relationship, though due to M3's integrity, dedication, and resourcefulness we've done just that. I think we stretched the company's portfolio in our ambitious exterior re-design and they produced an exceptional result. Being very picky with design, and wanting to have this product completed for years, we appreciated the architect M3 recommended and their willingness to deliver the product we hoped for a reasonable price. Like any project on a house built in 1880, it grew in unforeseen costs, and M3 was quick to share options and give quality recommendations, and do edits throughout the process. M3's affableness, work ethic, honesty, and treatment of their staff is a credit to their business. I'm the reviewer that doesn't give 5/5s but I'd gladly work with M3 again, and honestly think they're running a great company and it's one to watch.
